Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Settrly subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
  • Contact Settrly support via the in-app help channel and we'll initiate the refund with Paddle on your behalf.

After the refund window

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
